Bob-a-day Park Little Bay duplex in historical precinct – approved and under construction

Set in the old Prince Alfred hospital precinct, next to Bob-a-day Park, across the road from the historic Flowers Building and overlooking the beach at Little Bay, this duplex is designed to complement its unique historic and coastal location.

Floor to ceiling glazing enables light filled rooms and views of Bob-a-day Park and balcony water views of Little Bay. Finishes of metal, stone and wood give a contemporary feel. Sandstone and facebrick also are used in a contemporary way whilst also complementing their historic building neighbours also made in the same material.

These duplex houses have parents on one side with their teenage children on the other.
