Large Paddington terrace unit transformation

The main challenge for this project was to design a mix of one- and two-bedroom units within the footprint and the vertical proportions of the existing Paddington terrace house.

The result was:

A contemporary solution – a contemporary looking facade which none-the-less remained sympathetic to the large Victorian terrace houses within the street

Planning efficiency – very efficient and versatile planned units within the confined spaces of the site

Outdoor transitions – small courtyard spaces which opened up the units to sun and light
