Michael is the managing director and nominated architect of Edifice Design (registration number 5192).
He graduated with a degree in architecture from the University of New South Wales May 1988 and became registered with the New South Wales Board of Architects in September 1995 before founding Edifice Design in 1997. During these earlier years, he worked in a number of Sydney architectural firms including Davenport Campbell & Partners and the Sydney branch of Collard Clarke and Jackson where he accumulated a wealth of experience across many areas of architectural design and management.
Now after 20 years as director of Edifice Design, Michael is still very much involved in every project that goes through the office and remains the primary contact for all clients.
Trong graduated from the University of Sydney in 2005, and has been with Edifice Design since June 2012. Trong’s previous experience includes 7 years at E.B.Mowbray & Associates, an architecture firm. He has experience in complex multi-unit buildings for both the private and the public sector. He has a passion for low energy design, simple direct construction and environmental sustainability in producing an innovative design.
Nathalie graduated from the University of New South Wales with honours in 2000 and has been with the company on and off since May 2003. Nathalie’s previous experience includes several years with the Sydney company of PTW Architects where she gained experience in larger health, leisure, residential and commercial projects. When she was at university she gained experience in other smaller architectural firms.
Lydia graduated from the University of New South Wales with honours in 2005, and has been with Edifice on and off since 2007. Lydia’s previous architectural experience includes three years with Marston Architects and previous to that Simon Chan and Associates. Lydia has expertise in townhouses, new homes and alterations and additions.
Jane has a Masters of Art/drawing and a Bachelor of Business/marketing. She is a marketing professional experienced in the strategic management of business knowledge in order to support an organisation’s growth. Jane has worked at UTS, State Library, Mercer, PwC & EY.
