A development application has been approved by Gosford Council for a multi-unit flat development over 4 and 5 levels, containing 22 units and a 28 car space basement.
The units have been arranged within 2 buildings. This allows all units to gain access to northern sun and light and to create a common landscaped area in between. It also enables the entire project to take advantage of its hillside location as more units are able to capture distant views across the district. Finally, access within and around the site is enhanced by the resulting landscaped areas which cater for the level changes as the terrain slopes to the north.
