Building completed on Coogee house in Evelyn Street including a detached granny flat that now doubles as holiday accommodation.

The clients’ vision for this house was large rammed earth walls to mark the main entry. These walls extended into some of the living spaces where they became contrasting elements with raw off-form concrete ceilings and steel stairs. See the images in our new homes gallery.

Note that the granny flat is fully approved under the NSW Housing code.
