After securing Section 96 for three additional units and the redesigning of all interiors, Vicinity on the Bay (original design by Alec Pappas Architects) is nearing completion with all units sold off the plan.
The main feature of the development is a retained heritage building which forms a focus to the main entry courtyard. This part of the project is shown still under scaffolding.
