SEPP 65 and Design Review Panels

Edifice Design architects are experienced with negotiating projects through the State Environmental Planning Policy 65 (SEPP 65) working with Design Review Panels.

The SEPP 65 step is related to Class 2 projects (i.e. residential flat buildings with 3-storeys or more and over 3 units).
